These Terms apply to your use of exlayer.ai, related Exlayer webpages and any authorised access to demo.exlayer.ai.
By using the website or accessing the demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Website purpose
The Exlayer website provides general information about our technology, plans and services.
Website content is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a binding offer, product commitment, service-level agreement or guarantee that any feature will be released or made generally available.
Controlled demo
The Exlayer demo is:
- Available by invitation only
- Provided for demonstration and evaluation
- Not a public trial
- Not intended for production use
- Not subject to an uptime or support commitment
- Intended to operate using sample or synthetic data
Access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
You must not upload real customer data, production credentials, confidential information, personal information or regulated data into the demo.
You must not rely on demo output when making production, security, legal or business decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Share your demo credentials or allow unauthorised access
- Copy, scrape or systematically extract website or demo content
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover source code
- Circumvent authentication, access controls or usage restrictions
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or automated testing without written permission
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the website or demo
- Use the website or demo for unlawful, harmful or competitive intelligence purposes
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Copy or disclose non-public product material without permission
Intellectual property
The website, demo, software, designs, graphics, text, product concepts and related materials are owned by Exlayer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may use publicly available website material only for evaluating Exlayer or discussing a potential relationship with us. Any other use requires written permission.
Confidential demo material
Non-public features, product plans, technical information and materials made available through the demo or private discussions should be treated as confidential and should not be disclosed without our permission.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions or feedback, you allow Exlayer to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your separate confidential information.
Third-party services
The website may link to or use third-party services, such as meeting-booking, email, video-conferencing or hosting providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
No warranties
The website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exlayer disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the demo will identify, prioritise, remediate or resolve any particular security issue.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exlayer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunity or business.
Exlayer’s total liability arising from your use of the website or demo will not exceed USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we believe these Terms have been breached, access creates a security risk, or continued access is no longer appropriate.
Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers and liability will continue after access ends.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the website, demo and Exlayer business develop.
Changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
A specific governing law and dispute venue may be added after the Exlayer legal entity is finalised.
